3749987 - SAP Logo and Banner Image Cannot Be Removed from Email Notifications in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When sending email notifications through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the generated email contains:

• An SAP logo in the header section.
• A standard banner/image displayed in the upper part of the email.

SAP Analytics Cloud 

The email template used by the SAP schedule feature is part of the standard SAP Analytics Cloud product design.

Currently:

• Customization of the SAP logo is not supported
• Removal or modification of the standard banner/image is not supported
• Customization of predefined buttons or layout elements within the email is not supported

This behavior is working as designed.

If you require email template customization capabilities beyond the standard design:

• Submit an Enhancement Request to SAP for consideration in future product releases:

• At this time, SAP Analytics Cloud does not provide functionality to customize or remove standard branding or layout elements from email notifications.
