3749989 - eDocument South Korea: Supplier's VAT Registration Number Must be 10 Digits Long

An error appears with message "Supplier's VAT registration number must be 10 digits long." when submitting an e-tax invoice.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the eDocument cockpit App.
2. Search for the affected eDocument source key.
3. Choose Submit.

Missing Configuration.

Prerequisite: Ensure the field Business Place under Header Details Tab in the source document is well maintained.

1. In your configuration environment, search for Define Business Places for South Korea (SSCUI 104040).
2. Select Configure and search for the company code that corresponds the eDocument.
3. Select the Business Place on the Header Tab in the Billing Document.
4. Correct the VAT registration number in the field Tax Number 2.
