3750014 - RXP Executive Review Search Results Display Incomplete Name Details

• Name details (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name) are only visible for the first ID in search results when using:
  • Population / Find Users
  • Team View (Compensation Reviewer) / Find User
• Searching by First name / Middle name / Last name does not return all impacted IDs in the search results.
• Subsequent records after the first ID display blank or missing name information.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2605

1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
2. Navigate to Compensation > Executive Review.
3. Select the relevant compensation plan.
4. Under Population, choose Find User.
5. Click on Select Users.
6. Under Find Employee, enter a first name / middle name / last name and search.
7. Observe that name details are only populated for the first ID in search results.
8. Remaining IDs display blank name fields.

This is a known product defect in the Executive Review search functionality. The system only renders name details for the first result record when using the Population/Find Users and Team View/Find User filters. Subsequent records fail to display name fields.

A fix has been developed by the Product Engineering team and is scheduled to be delivered with the 2H 2026 release.

Workaround while awaiting the fix:

• Use Employee ID for searches instead of name-based searches.
