Symptom
- In a service order, multilevel categorization configured as “attributive categorization” still behaves like a hierarchy: selecting a value in the first category narrows the available values in subsequent categories.
- Switching the logical structure between “hierarchical categorization” and “attributive categorization” in CRM WebUI Catalog Customizing does not change the behavior in the service order UI.
