Symptom
This article gives an overview on creating child associations to parent agreements using bulk actions.
If you have two MSA agreements — ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203 and ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197 — both in Executed status.
- The logged-in user is a primary owner in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203, but not in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197.
- From the UI, child associations can be created only in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203 (where ownership exists).
- The option is grayed out in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197.
✅ With Bulk Actions, child associations can be created in both agreements, regardless of ownership. Example: Create child associations in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197 and ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203.
