3750055 - How to create Child Association to Parent Agreements Using Bulk Actions?

This article gives an overview on creating child associations to parent agreements using bulk actions.

If you have two MSA agreements — ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203 and ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197 — both in Executed status.

• The logged-in user is a primary owner in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203, but not in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197.
• From the UI, child associations can be created only in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203 (where ownership exists).
• The option is grayed out in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197. 

✅ With Bulk Actions, child associations can be created in both agreements, regardless of ownership. Example: Create child associations in ICMMasterServiceAgreement_197 and ICMMasterServiceAgreement_203.
