3750133 - Unable to pull Job Requisition Template Name in the business rule - Recruiting Management

When creating a business rule for Job Requisition, it's not possible to find the Template Name field as an option.

This happens because you already have the option to create a Business Rule by Job Requisition Template, or, if applicable to all, then to create a business rule to all job requisition templates.

So if you would like to use the Job Requisition Template as an if condition, then the correct approach is to create a business rule for the respective templates so they're applicable only for those templates.
