3750156 - Searching by name opens inactive profile for employees -1H 2026

• In Latest People Profile, while searching for the profile of employees who are currently on Concurrent Employment/Higher Duty/Active Global Assignment, it defaults to inactive/paused profile.
• The issue is observed when searching the employee by name.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Search for a user with multiple assignments by name using the global search or directory search.
2. Open the user’s profile and observe that the system defaults to a past (inactive) assignment instead of the active assignment.

• The below scenarios will be fixed on 19th May 2026 in Preview and 21st May 2026 in Production environments:
  • Higher Duty Assignments redirects to an inactive one.
  • When no primary assignment is assigned, searching for a user redirects to an inactive assignment.
• For Global Assignment related issue, it is planned to be enhanced in 2H 2026. Enhancement ticket number: ISH-29554
