3750159 - IW32: Not possible to release orders with material shortage

Symptom

  • When attempting to release a maintenance order in IW32 with a material shortage, the expected “Non-Availability of Material” popup does not appear. Instead, message “Order could not be released: for more information; see error log” (Message No. IW187) is displayed.

  • Error log may show “Order has missing parts” (Message No. CO281) as a Warning message.
