3750166 - Maximum Number of Employment Records for Each Person 1H2026 - Employee Central

After 1H2026, the the system enforces a maximum limit of 100 employments for any single person in the system. Previously, there was no maximum number of employments that a single person may have. If the limit is reached, an error message is displayed while saving the employment.

• The development team has increased the limit to 300 employments.
• If the error "You cannot add the employment. The maximum number of 300 employments has been reached for this person” is shown, open a ticket with support under LOD-SF-EC-HIR mentioning this KBA. 
• Support team will route to engineering so that validation can be disabled with the toggle.
