Symptom

Disabled fields in BCUI are visible in ‘show empty fields’ in mobile app in 1h2026

For disabled, non-permissioned fields when accessing via mobile app they are visible in ‘show empty fields’.

Additionally, ‘event’ field is shown as an empty field, despite data maintained in the field and permission to the field.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to sf instance and confirm field is disabled in BCUI > benefit-rate
  2. Go to profile of any user > e.g. Benefit rate, confirm Field Not present in desktop
  3. Check same user on mobile app, field is present in 'show empty fields'
  4. Check ‘event’ field 
  5. Showing as empty in mobile
