3750192 - DRC Mexico VAT Declaration (mx_vat_rep) shows "no items to report; query doc_sel did not return any data"

Mexico VAT Declaration report (MX_VAT_REP) generated empty with message "No items to report;Query DOC_SEL did not return any data."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Statutory Reports app.
2. Select the Report Name: Mexico VAT Declaration (MX_VAT_REP).
3. Run the report.
4. Observe that the run completes successfully but displays: "No items to report;Query DOC_SEL did not return any data."

Documents relevant for the Mexico VAT Declaration were not cleared; the Clearing Journal Entry field was not populated, so the documents were not considered for MX_VAT_REP.

The documents need to be cleared in order to be picked by the report.
