3750197 - Item cannot be delivered due to rounded zero quantity impacting delivery status

Symptom

  • Not able to create delivery for sales order
  • "No delivery-relevant items in order ****, order type **** - Message No. VL455"
  • Delivery status (VBAP-LFSTA) not visible in the status tab of item even though it is delivery relevant
  • Unit of measure conversion using a large conversion factor results in the quantity being rounded down to zero.
