This scenario has been confirmed by the Engineering team as a product issue introduced in a specific release.
Resolution
Engineering has confirmed that a code fix is available to address this issue. However, a deployment date has not yet been scheduled. Please continue to monitor this KBA for updates regarding the release and availability of the fix.
