3750207 - The candidates hired through MPH > Onboarding 1.0 are not displaying correctly in EC.

The data for the candidates hired through MPH > Onboarding 1.0 are not displaying correctly in EC. The personal information is incomplete, and there is no data available for both employment information and compensation information. 

Upon checking the history data in PP3 mode, it throws the below error. 

Error: This user’s history cannot be displayed because there is inconsistent data for the user. If there is an Employee Central license for the user, then a re-import of Employment Details will correct the data. If there is no Employee Central license for the user, then there shouldn’t be any history data for the user.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Onboarding 1.0 to EC Integration

1. Initaite Onboarding for a candidate.
2. Complete the hiring of the candidate from Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding 1.0
3. Observe there is no data in Personal Information, Employment Information, Job Information etc.
4. View the candidate profile in PP3 mode > Attempt to view the Job History data
5. Error occurs: This user’s history cannot be displayed because there is inconsistent data for the user. If there is an Employee Central license for the user, then a re-import of Employment Details will correct the data. If there is no Employee Central license for the user, then there shouldn’t be any history data for the user.

This is a defect in 1H 2026 release.
