• IWFND/CM_COS/003SAP Gateway has been deactivated/SAP/PYC_PROCESS_MANAGER_SRV00017CAE521CFE9540D6B19CE4E10528833620250909174620.378382
• PCC not connecting to ECP properly
• HTTP request returns error message "SAP Gateway has been deactivated".
• The same error message displays in transaction /N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG.
• SAP Gateway is not active, error message may appear.

1. Login to the EC system.
2. Click on Home.
3. Click on the payroll.
4. Technical Error is coming as below:

5. IWFND/CM_COS/003SAP Gateway has been deactivated/SAP/PYC_PROCESS_MANAGER_SRV00017CAE521CFE9540D6B19CE4E10528833620250909174620.378382

• SAP Gateway is currently deactivated.
• Deactivaion will cause the SAP Gateway services to stop running and will send an error message to anyone who calls the services.

Activate SAP Gateway by going to the following path in your Gateway system:

SPRO -> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SAP NetWeaver -> Gateway -> OData Channel -> Configuration -> Activate or Deactivate SAP NetWeaver Gateway.

OR

1. Use transaction: /n/IWFND/IWF_ACTIVATE
2. Click "Activate".
