3750230 - Option to Configure User or Employee Sync between SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP SF Learning not available in Instance Refresh Tool

• The option to Configure User or Employee Sync between SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP SF Learning is not available in the Instance Refresh Tool when initiating an instance refresh.
• No checkbox appearing on Instance Refresh Tool 
• Why is TLS-32241 not appearing on our 2605 instances?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Open the Instance Refresh Tool and start to initiate an instance refresh.
2. Observe that the option to configure user or employee sync between SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and SAP SF Learning does not appear.

Expectations:

This is currently not available for both Preview and Production instances. 

The feature will be completely available on the Instance Refresh Tool after the 1H Production Release (May 15-16) once both Preview and Production environments are on the same 2605 version.

Please test the feature once again on your Preview and Production instances on May 16 onwards.
