Symptom

  • Inquiry about clearing open items for an account with two combinations of criteria in t-code OB74.
  • Current configuration allows only one combination with three criteria: ZUONR, VBUND, XREF2.
  • Requirement to match items using ZUONR/VBUND/XREF2, and if this fails, to match using ZUONR/VBUND/XREF1.
