3750252 - Unit of measure (UOM) displays "(no value)" in shopping cart after PunchOut session despite existing UOM mapping

Symptom

  • After completing a PunchOut session, the user is redirected back to SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. In the shopping cart, the Unit of Measure field for the PunchOut item shows (no value) instead of the expected unit
  • A Unit of Measure mapping is  already configured in the system (for example: DZ → DZN)
