3750293 - Feature enablement of "Enhanced Data Anonymization" in Instance Refresh center

After the 1H 2026 release, the Enhanced Data Anonymization option is not visible in Instance Refresh Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Instance Refresh Center page.
2. Look for the Enhanced Data Anonymization configuration or option.
3. Observe that the option is not available.

The feature is not automatically enabled post-release; it must be explicitly enabled for the Instance by Support upon customer request via ticket.

1. Create a Support case requesting enablement of the Enhanced Data Anonymization feature for Instance Refresh.
2. Use component LOD-SF-PLT-IRT in the Support case.
3. Ensure to share both Company IDs of the Source and Target Instances.
4. Include explicit approval in the request for Support to enable the feature on the instance.
5. Wait for confirmation from Support that the feature has been enabled.
6. Re-check Instance Refresh Center to verify that Enhanced Data Anonymization is now available.
