3750313 - Default Visit Frequency in Route Group Visit Plan Caused by Sales Area Mismatch

Symptom

• When accounts are added to a route group visit plan, the following fields are automatically populated with default values instead of reflecting the frequency maintained in the account’s existing visit plan:
                  1. visitFrequencyType = WEEKLY
                  2. visitFrequency = 1
                  3. numberOfVisitsPerFrequency = 5
• As a result, the generated visit plan does not match the visiting information maintained for the account.
