3750349 - Update termination and short dump in IE01, IL01 or IR01 due to inconsistency in table ILOA

Symptom

An update termination and short dump arise in IE01. IL01 or IR01. Even the information message mentioned equipment/functional location/work center is created but when open it in change transaction, there is error message that it does not exist. The detail information of update termination can be checked in Transaction Code SM13 or ST22.
