2 New minor enhancements have been made to the way we view the attachments.
Environment
SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2
Resolution
- On clicking attachment name in thumbnail and list view, it now opens the link/file in a new tab instead of the metadata.
- In the preview of file attachments, it is still possible to navigate to other attachments.
- "Open in New Tab" button has been changed to information icon which opens the metadata.
