3750380 - organizational data does not auto-populate in freight orders created from Transportation Cockpit

When creating a freight order in Transportation Cockpit, company code, purchasing organization, and purchasing group do not auto-populate even when user defaults are maintained.

1. Open Transportation Cockpit.
2. Create a Freight Order.
3. Observe that company code, purchasing organization, and purchasing group fields are not auto-populated despite user default settings.

In Transportation Cockpit, user default values for company code, purchasing organization, and purchasing group are not applied during Freight Order creation.

1. To set defaults for Purchasing Organization or Purchasing Group: right-click the respective field and choose “Use Current Value as Default”.

2. If automatic population of default fields is required, create Freight Orders via the “Create * Freight Order” option in the “Manage Freight Orders” app, where defaulting is supported.

*In case the current behavior doesn't suffice, consider implementing API for Freight Order (A2X) to update the Purchasing organization and Purchasing group.

As soon the Freight order is created, based on Freight order event, you can trigger the API to update the Purchasing organization and Purchasing group.
