3750408 - help and resources shows raw url instead of hyperlink label during latest benefit enrollment experience

• In Help and Resources during benefit enrollment via latest benefit enrollment experience, links display as raw URLs under "Links" instead of the configured hyperlink labels.
• Hyperlink labels display correctly before and after enrollment; the issue occurs only in during the enrollment phase.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Global Benefits

1. Log in and go to the user's Benefits tab.
2. Start an open enrollment process from Benefit Actions.
3. Select Next on the Review Family Members page.
4. Open the Help and Resources tab on the enrollment screen.
5. Observe that the Links section shows the URL instead of the hyperlink label.

A UI rendering defect in the Help and Resources panel during open enrollment; the label value is passed but not rendered.

1. A fix is planned for inclusion in the 2H2026 release.
2. After the 2H2026 upgrade, verify that Help and Resources displays the configured hyperlink labels instead of raw URLs.
3. Until the fix is available, continue using the links as they remain functional; no workaround required for this UI issue.
