When posting expense report sent from Concur to SAP system, error occurs.

Error message: Posting failed. Check customizing for tax code &1 of country/region &2.CTE_FIN_POSTING/006

1. Post an expense report from Concur to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Observe that posting fails with error CTE_FIN_POSTING 006.

The tax amount in the expense report JSON payload (amountTAX and amountReclaim) does not match the tax rate configured in the SAP system, resulting in the error. For instance, the SAP tax rate is not zero, but the tax amount in the JSON is zero.

1. Review the failed JSON payload.
2. Correct tax amounts to match the configuration for the tax code.
3. Validate the mapping of Concur taxCode to the four‑character tax condition type in SAP. If only one valid rate exists for the tax code in SAP, sending taxCode from Concur is not mandatory.
4. Update the Concur configuration or the expense report accordingly and repost the document.
