Symptom

  • When attempt to terminate the concurrent employment, nothing happens and the termination window does not appear.
  • Same user can terminate the regular employee without any issue.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as User.
  2. Navigate to an employee profile that has concurrent employment.
  3. Select concurrent employment.
  4. Click on All Actions > Terminate.
  5. Nothing happens.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

Patch was deployed on May 15th 2026.
