3750514 - Condition filter in Product Messages not working as expected

Symptom

The filter on column "condition" in Product Messages for a product is not filtering the data in the column correctly.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to setup.
  2. Choose a product.
  3. Go to "Rules and Messages" tab.
  4. Go to "Product Messages" tab.
  5. Click filter icon.
  6. Type in a filter search term in the search box under column Condition.
  7. example "USV" -> no result even if a condition contains the phrase "USV".

Cause

Bug.

Resolution

  • No workaround to this issue.
  • Tentative release of 2608.
