Symptom

  • A specific opportunity document type (for example, “ZXXX”) is hidden from opportunities using adaptation for users across all entities.
  • However, the same document type is still visible in Sales History by Customer.
  • The document type is also visible in the Document Flow of a quote related to the opportunity.
