3750556 - Asterix is missing on the "To" field in email composer

• The "To" field in the email composer does not display a red asterisk (*) indicating it is required, even though the field is mandatory before sending.
• The "From" and "Subject" fields display a red asterisk (*).
• If the "To" field is left blank, the Send button becomes disabled/dulled out as expected.
