Symptom

When attempting to generate a Business Partner (BP) for regular or intern employees using the program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE, the error "Tax number 3 (KNA1-STCD3) is a required field" occurs. This error prevents the creation of a BP.
