3750592 - goal template conversion fails after upgrade center job in latest goal management - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

• Attempting to convert a legacy goal plan template to the latest goal management fails after running the upgrade center job.
• Error displayed during conversion: "The template conversion failed. Please try again or contact Technical Support for help."
• Validation step shows no errors before conversion.

Product: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Sign in as an admin user with access to Manage Templates.
2. Navigate to Manage Templates in Goal Management.
3. Select a legacy goal plan template targeted for upgrade.
4. Start the conversion to the latest goal management.
5. Observe that the process fails with the generic conversion error.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 P5 on May19th in Preview and May 21st in PROD.
