Error shown: “Oops, something went wrong. I can't provide you with service now. Please try again later. The action isn't available right now. This could be due to certain settings not being enabled or permission restrictions.” on creating a position through Joule fails after the 1H 20\

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position Management

1. Start a Joule action from the home experience.
2. Enter the prompt: “I want to create position.”
3. When asked “Is the new position similar to an existing one of your direct reports?”, reply “Yes it is.”
4. Observe the error: “Oops, something went wrong. I can't provide you with service now. Please try again later. The action isn't available right now. This could be due to certain settings not being enabled or permission restrictions.”
