3750629 - When Enhanced People Search is enabled new participant can't be added to 360 form via Search

After 1H 2026 release upgrade and when "Enable Enhanced People Search " is turned on in Company system and logo settings, new participant can't be added to 360 form via Search. No error is displayed, the screen keeps loading.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. "Enable Enhanced People Search" is turned on in Company system and logo settings.
2. Open a 360 form.
3. Click "Add Participants" button.
4. Choose Advanced Search and search for users.
5. Select one or more users and click Add.
6. Observe that the screen keeps loading and no participants are added.
7. Refresh the 360 form page.
8. Search for the same user by username or last name directly in the search field and click "Add to list".
9. New participant is successfully added.

The issue is planned to be fixed within the 2H 2026 release upgrade:

- preview systems: October 12th 2026;

- production systems: November 13th 2026.

Workarounds:

1. Temporarily disable the "Enable Enhanced People Search" setting in Company System and Logo Settings.

2. Search for participants directly in the Search field.
