3750679 - Improved UI for Organizational Measure if app 'Release Material Cost Estimates'

Symptom

With CE2602 there has been a change in the UI of the app 'Release Material Cost Estimates'. With the new org measure UI, there have been some improvements to ensure consistent ledger handling (to avoid errors later in the costing process).

Resolution

It is very convenient for users when accessing the 'marking allowance/Org measure' via the 'Marking step' as all parameters will be automatically prefilled (costing variant, version, company code).

Earlier, it was possible to "navigate" to the same functionality of the 'magic wand' button via a kind of link in the columns 'Company Code, Valuation View and Posting Period'. When clicking on the link, the same pop up occurs like clicking on the button.
In the new solution, the button pop up will always show all periods selected (before, it was only possible to set the costing variant for the selected line). With that, user does not need to explicitly select one dedicated line anymore.
