3750723 - Deduction of bailiff enforcement only from amounts due from ZFŚS benefits

Symptom

  • One bailiff has seized the employee’s salary for alimony (with a monthly installment well below the deduction limit), 
  • Another bailiff has sent a notice stating that they are seizing from the same employee only social benefits and remuneration from civil‑law contracts, 
  • The system cannot configure the wage type to ensure deductions are made solely from income originating from ZFŚS.
