Symptom

Onboarding 1.0 candidates in MPH before the ONB 2.0 migration.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

  • Onboarding 1.0 access is locked on May 15, 2026 as part of deprecation, so pending/in‑flight activities cannot be completed afterward.

Resolution

  1. Before May 15, 2026, complete or cancel all in‑flight Onboarding 1.0 activities for pending hires in Manage Pending Hires.
  2. Be aware that pending/in‑flight candidates in Onboarding 1.0 cannot continue their onboarding after the access lock; their activities cannot be completed.
  3. Do not expect an automatic move from Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding 1.0 to Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding 2.0; this is not supported.
  4. If additional time is required to process remaining Onboarding 1.0 cases, coordinate with your account team to request a temporary extension for Onboarding 1.0 (subject to approval).
