Symptom
- The app F7309 (Schedule Wave Creation) is not available in the system even after activating the scope item 6NH.
- The Waves node is not visible in the Warehouse Monitor.

Reproducing the Issue
- Search for the app "Schedule Wave Creation" (F7309) in the launchpad; the app is not found.
- Open the Warehouse Monitor and look for the Waves node; the node is not available.
Cause
The business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_OUTB_WAVE_PC is not assigned to any business role, so users do not have access to the app and related monitor node.
Resolution
- Open the Business Catalogs app and locate catalog SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_OUTB_WAVE_PC; confirm that “Used in business roles” is 0, which suggests that the catalog has no assigned business user roles.
- Create a new business role (or select an existing custom role) and include the catalog SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_OUTB_WAVE_PC.
- Assign the business role to the relevant users.
- Check if a suitable business role already exists in the test system; if yes, transport it to the production system. If not, create the role in test first and then transport it to production.
- Have users sign out and sign in again (or refresh authorizations), then verify that the F7309 app appears and the Waves node is visible in the Warehouse Monitor.
