3750777 - Pagination Feature Does Not Work When Clicking Anywhere on the UI Component

Symptom

When using the new pagination feature to navigate the work list pages, in the Contract Account and Premises work list, you notice that the pagination does not work if you click anywhere in the UI after selecting the page to which you want to navigate to.
