3750798 - ESS/MSS (HR Renewal): Functionality is simplified error in Employee Profile (hress_emp_pro_g) and Leave Request after migration to S/4HANA 2025

Symptom

  • After migration from ECC EHP 7.0 to SAP S/4HANA 2025, launching Employee Profile (HRESS_EMP_PRO_G) shows the error "Functionality is simplified".
  • Error message/id: h4s4_reuse_sfws 001.
  • Similar behavior occurs when launching the Leave Request app (HRESS_LEAVREQ_G).
