• During rehire with new employment the user ID is set equal to the username
• In the user data file (UDF), the user ID appears the same as the username after submitting the hire
• No business rule for ID generation is configured
• No error messages are displayed

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Submit the hire using Rehire with New Employment
2. Export or check the UDF and observe that user ID equals username

There isn't Hire/Rehire Configuration Rule and Username is Filled Out in the UI so the User ID and User Name will be the same as filled in username on the hiring page as mentioned in Possible ID Outputs for Rehire with New Employment | SAP Help Portal
