3750841 - Unassign Cost Center button is not visible on Worker Cost Allocation tab

• The Unassign Cost Center button is not visible on the worker’s Cost Allocation tab for a specific Cost Center.
• After creating and fully approving a Work Order revision to unassign a cost center(s), the "Unassign Cost Center" button remains unavailable for the old Cost Center.
