3750843 - Intrastat declaration includes entries for partner countries incorrectly flagged as EU members

Symptom

  • Partner country is incorrectly flagged as an EU member, causing CH entries to appear in the Intrastat report.
  • The system does not display the expected incompletion error message: "Enter a valid partner country (/ECRS/BL_TD 69)".
