3750844 - Replication Flow is stuck in "Initial Running"

Symptom

  • In Datasphere:

    The Replication Flow is stuck in "Initial Running" with the following message in the Partition Details: "Unable to fetch initial data from source, although data is available. Server resources may be overloaded. Next check will be after <DATE, TIME>. Refer to SAP Note 3703424 for steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue."

    Retry Log: DATA_AVAILABLE_NOT_READY_FOR_TRANSFER

  • In the Source System:

    Transaction SLG1:

    User <User Id> is not authorized to transfer any recorded changes 
    Message No. DHCDC_AUTH005
