Curriculum requirements are not accessible from parent curriculum in the new Curriculum Redesigned page.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable the new curriculum redesign page >
- Create a new curriculum >
- Create a new subcurriculum >
- Create a new requirement >
- Include few items in this requirement >
- Associate the Requirement with the Subcurriculum >
- Associate the Subcurriculum with the Curriculum >
- Assign the curriculum to the test user >
- As the test user, navigate to the Curriculum Status page >
- Find and click to access the Curriculum >
- Now click Assignments >
- Click Choose Courses >
- An empty pop will show up >
- Now close the pop up and click the Subcurriculum link >
- Navigate to Assignments tab >
- Click Choose Courses >
- The pop now shows the courses.
