Curriculum requirements are not accessible from parent curriculum in the new Curriculum Redesigned page.

1. Enable the new curriculum redesign page >
2. Create a new curriculum >
3. Create a new subcurriculum >
4. Create a new requirement >
5. Include few items in this requirement >
6. Associate the Requirement with the Subcurriculum >
7. Associate the Subcurriculum with the Curriculum >
8. Assign the curriculum to the test user >
9. As the test user, navigate to the Curriculum Status page >
10. Find and click to access the Curriculum >
11. Now click Assignments >
12. Click Choose Courses >
13. An empty pop will show up >
14. Now close the pop up and click the Subcurriculum link >
15. Navigate to Assignments tab >
16. Click Choose Courses >
17. The pop now shows the courses.
