3750851 - Schedule Matching Run Jobs - By Company Generates Matching Documents but Not Assignment Numbers

You run the Schedule Matching Run Jobs - By Company. The run finishes successfully, generates Matching Documents but fails to assign Assignment Numbers.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the Schedule Matching Run Jobs - By Company app.
2. Select Create.
3. Fill in the data as required in step 1, 2 and 3.
4. Select Schedule.

After the run finishes successfully, you check in app Manage Matching Documents and notice that no Assignment Number has been assigned. 

When scheduling the run, in step 3-Parameters, in the field Company, you have selected only one company XXX (XXX stands for the ID of the company). 

In the field Company, you need to select all the companies involved in the transactions. For example you need to select company: XXX and YYY. In doing so, all transactions between these two companies that match will be assigned an assignment number.
