3750869 - Why the Cost Center added on the SOW Revision are not displaying on the SOW Worker Cost Allocation list?

Symptom

Buyer has Revised the SOW and added new Cost Center. When opening the SOW Worker Cost Allocation tab the newly added values are not displayed on the Dropdown list.
