3750879 - Multi-selection is not available for all fields in Talent Search

When using the Talent Search, multi-selection is not available for all fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Go to the Succession module and open Talent Search.
2. Open Advanced Information and navigate to the desired filters.
   
3. Observe that not all filters support multi-selection.
4. Go to Manage Business Configuration and find the desired field.
5. If there is a Picklist tied to the field, it is possible to select multiple options in Talent Search. If "No Selection" in Picklist, then it is restricted to single-selection
   

In Manage Business Configuration, only fields configured as a Picklist are eligible for multi-selection in Talent Search; non-picklist types are single-select.

1. Open Admin Center and go to Manage Business Configuration.
2. Locate the field used in Talent Search that you want to filter by.
3. Check the field’s details:
   - If it is associated to a picklist, Talent Search supports multi-selection.
   - If Picklist is set to "No Selection", only single selection is available in Talent Search
