3750927 - Error "BENEFITS_GO_ONETIME_INTG_INFO_CREATION_FAILED" when importing HSA enrollment - Employee Central

When importing Enrollments for Health Savings Account (HSA) type of benefit, the Job fails with the "???BENEFITS_GO_ONETIME_INTG_INFO_CREATION_FAILED???" error on the Job result. 

SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Prepare the Zip import file as per 2722328;
2. Import the file via Import and Export page;
3. Go to "Scheduled Job Manager" and check the job result
4. The report shows the error "1. ???BENEFITS_GO_ONETIME_INTG_INFO_CREATION_FAILED???"

There is already a "One-time Information for Benefit Integration" record for this employee, with this category and pay component causing data issue.

Common possibilities are:

1. The employee already has a record created for the same enrollment/pay component/category and period:  In this case, the system find conflicting data and does not allow the record creation. 
2. The employee has an inactive record for the pay component/category: Normally the inconsistency is with the pay component date that is conflicting with the new record.
   Note: In case the record is Inactive, you need to set the "Include Inactive Records" field to "Yes" when searching it either via manage Data or via MDF Export. 

If there is already a "One-time Information for Benefit Integration" record created and you import the same enrollment again, it will cause this error, as well as other related issues due to data inconsistency. If needed, delete the record before re-importing the file. 

In case the record is not related to the same enrollment / period, make the adjustment before re-importing the enrollment file.
