3750938 - mobile time sheet workflow shows negative balances as positive (missing minus sign) - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

In the mobile time sheet workflow details, negative balances in working time account and time account balances are displayed as positive (minus sign is missing). Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

1. Open the mobile SuccessFactors app and navigate to a time sheet workflow.
2. Check Working Time Account and Time Account balances.
3. Observe that balances that should be negative are shown as positive (minus sign not displayed).
   
   

This is known code defect. 

A code fix has been implemented and is planned to be delivered in an upcoming mobile release on May 19. Please update the mobile app to the latest version as soon as it becomes available, then recheck the workflow balances.
