3750956 - Unable to create Org Units when Define Scope activity is in progress in SAP Central Business Configuration

You are trying to create a new Organizational Structure in the workspace, however:

• No option is available to create Organizational Units in the Set Up Organizational Structure activity.
• The Define Scope activity remains in status In Progress.
• The Set Up Organizational Structure activity is displayed as Reopened.
